Good sleep in a lovely bed, adequate and absolutely fantastic room. With a coffee maker and fridges.

It was a really good stay, great value place. We had double room to ourselves with fridge.

The location was marvellous and fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plaza Charco. This was exactly the double room I wanted in Puerto de la Cruz. I had a warm welcome, lovely staff.

We had wheelchair accessible room with fridge, a balcony, for instance, which was important. Fine breakfast, we greatly enjoyed eggs and bacon.

Pleasant hotel, had really really nice stay.

Our room was adequate and comfy, included with attention to details as well as hairdryer. The location was marvellous, quite a walk from a historic chapel.

the setting was quite marvellous within easy reach of plaza charco. the staff were lovely and great and check-in was early.

The hotel was ideally situated. There were restaurants and bars literally on your doorstep. The beach in one direction and the lido in the other are within an easy 10/15 minute stroll.
